Since our childhood, our not so educated yet
smart grandmothers were teaching us the importance of good personal hygiene.
She always instructed us to follow good hygiene practices at all times. She knew
well the importance of good personal hygiene and insisted on maintaining it
well. To create more awareness among public, US health has started
many programs. So let’s discuss again why it is so important to maintain a good
personal hygiene.

As per US health our body needs daily care and love. As all its organs do
so many functions and should be cared well. Keeping all organs clean and
disease free is an important task that one should follow each day. We live in
